Rig Veda 10.8.5

भुव॒श्चक्षु॑र्म॒ह ऋ॒तस्य॑ गो॒पा भुवो॒ वरु॑णो॒ यदृ॒ताय॒ वेषि॑ । भुवो॑ अ॒पां नपा॑ज्जातवेदो॒ भुवो॑ दू॒तो यस्य॑ ह॒व्यं जुजो॑षः ॥
भुवश्चक्षुर्मह ऋतस्य गोपा भुवो वरुणो यदृताय वेषि । भुवो अपां नपाज्जातवेदो भुवो दूतो यस्य हव्यं जुजोषः ॥
bhuvaś cakṣur maha ṛtasya gopā bhuvo varuṇo yad ṛtāya veṣi | bhuvo apāṃ napāj jātavedo bhuvo dūto yasya havyaṃ jujoṣaḥ ||

English translation:

“You are the eye, the protector of the great sacrifice; when you proceed to the rite, you are Varuṇa;you are the grandson of the waters, Jātavedas; you are the messenger (of him) whose oblation you enjoy.”
