यो भा॒नुभि॑र्वि॒भावा॑ वि॒भात्य॒ग्निर्दे॒वेभि॑ॠ॒तावाज॑स्रः । आ यो वि॒वाय॑ स॒ख्या सखि॒भ्योऽप॑रिह्वृतो॒ अत्यो॒ न सप्ति॑: ॥
यो भानुभिर्विभावा विभात्यग्निर्देवेभिॠतावाजस्रः । आ यो विवाय सख्या सखिभ्योऽपरिह्वृतो अत्यो न सप्तिः ॥
yo bhānubhir vibhāvā vibhāty agnir devebhir ṛtāvājasraḥ | ā yo vivāya sakhyā sakhibhyo 'parihvṛto atyo na saptiḥ ||

English translation:

Agni, the observer of truth, the eternal who shines resplendent with celestial splendours, who comesuntiring like a swift horse, (bringing) friendly gifts to his friends.”
