Rig Veda 9.104.6

सने॑मि कृ॒ध्य१॒॑स्मदा र॒क्षसं॒ कं चि॑द॒त्रिण॑म् । अपादे॑वं द्व॒युमंहो॑ युयोधि नः ॥
सनेमि कृध्यस्मदा रक्षसं कं चिदत्रिणम् । अपादेवं द्वयुमंहो युयोधि नः ॥
sanemi kṛdhy asmad ā rakṣasaṃ kaṃ cid atriṇam | apādevaṃ dvayum aṃho yuyodhi naḥ ||

English translation:

“Show us (your) ancient (friendship); (drive off) the voracious rākṣasa, the impious, the double dealer-- drive away our sin.”
