Rig Veda 9.90.1

प्र हि॑न्वा॒नो ज॑नि॒ता रोद॑स्यो॒ रथो॒ न वाजं॑ सनि॒ष्यन्न॑यासीत् । इन्द्रं॒ गच्छ॒न्नायु॑धा सं॒शिशा॑नो॒ विश्वा॒ वसु॒ हस्त॑योरा॒दधा॑नः ॥
प्र हिन्वानो जनिता रोदस्यो रथो न वाजं सनिष्यन्नयासीत् । इन्द्रं गच्छन्नायुधा संशिशानो विश्वा वसु हस्तयोरादधानः ॥
pra hinvāno janitā rodasyo ratho na vājaṃ saniṣyann ayāsīt | indraṃ gacchann āyudhā saṃśiśāno viśvā vasu hastayor ādadhānaḥ ||

English translation:

“Urged (by the priests) the genitive rator of heaven and earth advances like a chariot, wishing to distribute food; going to Indra, sharpening his weapons, holding all treasures in his hands.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Advances: prayacchati, bestows; Soma is the genitive rator of earth by giving rain, and of heaven by obtaining the oblation
