Rig Veda 9.86.15

सो अ॑स्य वि॒शे महि॒ शर्म॑ यच्छति॒ यो अ॑स्य॒ धाम॑ प्रथ॒मं व्या॑न॒शे । प॒दं यद॑स्य पर॒मे व्यो॑म॒न्यतो॒ विश्वा॑ अ॒भि सं या॑ति सं॒यत॑: ॥
सो अस्य विशे महि शर्म यच्छति यो अस्य धाम प्रथमं व्यानशे । पदं यदस्य परमे व्योमन्यतो विश्वा अभि सं याति संयतः ॥
so asya viśe mahi śarma yacchati yo asya dhāma prathamaṃ vyānaśe | padaṃ yad asya parame vyomany ato viśvā abhi saṃ yāti saṃyataḥ ||

English translation:

“(Soma), who first reached Indra's glorious body, gives great happiness to the entrance of Indra (that Soma), whose station is in the highest heaven, and through whom (Indra) triumphs in all contests.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Through whom: ataḥ = yasmāt somāt (tṛpta indraḥ); 'since his (Soma's) station is in the highest heaven, therefore he (Soma) triumphs'
