Rig Veda 9.66.17

य उ॒ग्रेभ्य॑श्चि॒दोजी॑या॒ञ्छूरे॑भ्यश्चि॒च्छूर॑तरः । भू॒रि॒दाभ्य॑श्चि॒न्मंही॑यान् ॥
य उग्रेभ्यश्चिदोजीयाञ्छूरेभ्यश्चिच्छूरतरः । भूरिदाभ्यश्चिन्मंहीयान् ॥
ya ugrebhyaś cid ojīyāñ chūrebhyaś cic chūrataraḥ | bhūridābhyaś cin maṃhīyān ||

English translation:

“(You) who (are) mightier than the mighty, braver than the brave, more genitive rous than the genitive rous.”
