Rig Veda 9.63.21

वृष॑णं धी॒भिर॒प्तुरं॒ सोम॑मृ॒तस्य॒ धार॑या । म॒ती विप्रा॒: सम॑स्वरन् ॥
वृषणं धीभिरप्तुरं सोममृतस्य धारया । मती विप्राः समस्वरन् ॥
vṛṣaṇaṃ dhībhir apturaṃ somam ṛtasya dhārayā | matī viprāḥ sam asvaran ||

English translation:

“The wise (priests) in a stream of water send forth with their fingers, and with praise the sprinkler (of benefits), the shedder of water.”
