Rig Veda 9.57.3

स म॑र्मृजा॒न आ॒युभि॒रिभो॒ राजे॑व सुव्र॒तः । श्ये॒नो न वंसु॑ षीदति ॥
स मर्मृजान आयुभिरिभो राजेव सुव्रतः । श्येनो न वंसु षीदति ॥
sa marmṛjāna āyubhir ibho rājeva suvrataḥ | śyeno na vaṃsu ṣīdati ||

English translation:

“He, the object of pious observances, cleansed by the priests, fearless as a king, sits on the waters like a hawk.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
