Rig Veda 9.22.3

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

ए॒ते पू॒ता वि॑प॒श्चित॒: सोमा॑सो॒ दध्या॑शिरः । वि॒पा व्या॑नशु॒र्धिय॑: ॥
एते पूता विपश्चितः सोमासो दध्याशिरः । विपा व्यानशुर्धियः ॥
ete pūtā vipaścitaḥ somāso dadhyāśiraḥ | vipā vy ānaśur dhiyaḥ ||

English translation:

“These pure Soma-juices, sagacious, mixed with curds, easily pervade our cermonies with their intelligence.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

With their intellignece: vipā = prajñānena;

Vip = twigs which form the bottom of the funnel and suppor the filtering-cloth
