Rig Veda 9.11.2

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

अ॒भि ते॒ मधु॑ना॒ पयोऽथ॑र्वाणो अशिश्रयुः । दे॒वं दे॒वाय॑ देव॒यु ॥
अभि ते मधुना पयोऽथर्वाणो अशिश्रयुः । देवं देवाय देवयु ॥
abhi te madhunā payo 'tharvāṇo aśiśrayuḥ | devaṃ devāya devayu ||

English translation:

“The Atharvāṇa have mixed with sweet milk for the deity (Indra) your divine and god-devoted (juice).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The Atharvāṇa = the priests; have mixed with sweet milk: payaḥ is taken to be instrumental umental; i.e., the meaning should be: 'have mixed milk with your juice'
