Rig Veda 9.3.7

ए॒ष दिवं॒ वि धा॑वति ति॒रो रजां॑सि॒ धार॑या । पव॑मान॒: कनि॑क्रदत् ॥
एष दिवं वि धावति तिरो रजांसि धारया । पवमानः कनिक्रदत् ॥
eṣa divaṃ vi dhāvati tiro rajāṃsi dhārayā | pavamānaḥ kanikradat ||

English translation:

“Making a sound as it drops in a continued stream it rushes across the worlds into heaven.”
