प्र मंहि॑ष्ठाय गायत ऋ॒ताव्ने॑ बृह॒ते शु॒क्रशो॑चिषे । उप॑स्तुतासो अ॒ग्नये॑ ॥
प्र मंहिष्ठाय गायत ऋताव्ने बृहते शुक्रशोचिषे । उपस्तुतासो अग्नये ॥
pra maṃhiṣṭhāya gāyata ṛtāvne bṛhate śukraśociṣe | upastutāso agnaye ||

“Singers of hymns, sing aloud to the mighty Agni, most bounteous, observant of truth an dradiant withbrightness.”
