Rig Veda 8.101.2

वर्षि॑ष्ठक्षत्रा उरु॒चक्ष॑सा॒ नरा॒ राजा॑ना दीर्घ॒श्रुत्त॑मा । ता बा॒हुता॒ न दं॒सना॑ रथर्यतः सा॒कं सूर्य॑स्य र॒श्मिभि॑: ॥
वर्षिष्ठक्षत्रा उरुचक्षसा नरा राजाना दीर्घश्रुत्तमा । ता बाहुता न दंसना रथर्यतः साकं सूर्यस्य रश्मिभिः ॥
varṣiṣṭhakṣatrā urucakṣasā narā rājānā dīrghaśruttamā | tā bāhutā na daṃsanā ratharyataḥ sākaṃ sūryasya raśmibhiḥ ||

English translation:

“Those two leaders of rites, great in mite, far-seeing, resplendent, and most far-hearing, perform theirdeeds like two arms, by the help of the rays of the sun.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Like two arms: i.e., they obtain the sacrifice as the armsaccomplish an object
