Rig Veda 8.100.1

अ॒यं त॑ एमि त॒न्वा॑ पु॒रस्ता॒द्विश्वे॑ दे॒वा अ॒भि मा॑ यन्ति प॒श्चात् । य॒दा मह्यं॒ दीध॑रो भा॒गमि॒न्द्रादिन्मया॑ कृणवो वी॒र्या॑णि ॥
अयं त एमि तन्वा पुरस्ताद्विश्वे देवा अभि मा यन्ति पश्चात् । यदा मह्यं दीधरो भागमिन्द्रादिन्मया कृणवो वीर्याणि ॥
ayaṃ ta emi tanvā purastād viśve devā abhi mā yanti paścāt | yadā mahyaṃ dīdharo bhāgam indrād in mayā kṛṇavo vīryāṇi ||

English translation:

“I here go before you with my son, the Viśve devās follow after me; if, Indra, you keep wealth for me,then put forth your strength on my side.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

I here go strength on my side: i.e., if you wish to give me the wealth ofmy enemies, come and help me to overcome them
