Rig Veda 8.95.9

इन्द्र॑ शु॒द्धो हि नो॑ र॒यिं शु॒द्धो रत्ना॑नि दा॒शुषे॑ । शु॒द्धो वृ॒त्राणि॑ जिघ्नसे शु॒द्धो वाजं॑ सिषाससि ॥
इन्द्र शुद्धो हि नो रयिं शुद्धो रत्नानि दाशुषे । शुद्धो वृत्राणि जिघ्नसे शुद्धो वाजं सिषाससि ॥
indra śuddho hi no rayiṃ śuddho ratnāni dāśuṣe | śuddho vṛtrāṇi jighnase śuddho vājaṃ siṣāsasi ||

English translation:

“Purified, Indra, give us wealth; purified give to your worshipper precious things; purified you smite yourenemies; purified you desire to give us food.”
