Rig Veda 8.92.6

अ॒स्य पी॒त्वा मदा॑नां दे॒वो दे॒वस्यौज॑सा । विश्वा॒भि भुव॑ना भुवत् ॥
अस्य पीत्वा मदानां देवो देवस्यौजसा । विश्वाभि भुवना भुवत् ॥
asya pītvā madānāṃ devo devasyaujasā | viśvābhi bhuvanā bhuvat ||

English translation:

“The god, having quaffed its exhilarations, by the strength of the divine (Soma) has conquered allworlds.”
