Rig Veda 8.82.4

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

आ त्व॑शत्र॒वा ग॑हि॒ न्यु१॒॑क्थानि॑ च हूयसे । उ॒प॒मे रो॑च॒ने दि॒वः ॥
आ त्वशत्रवा गहि न्युक्थानि च हूयसे । उपमे रोचने दिवः ॥
ā tv aśatrav ā gahi ny ukthāni ca hūyase | upame rocane divaḥ ||

English translation:

“O you who have no enemies, come here; you are summoned from the resplendent heaven to the hymnsat this our rite near at hand in this world illumined (by the sacred rites).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Upame rochane divaḥ = in the highestsplendour of heaven;

Divaḥ = svatejasā dīpyamānād dyulokāt, from the world of heaven illumined by itswon splendour, i.e., by the deities residing there;

Rocane = agnibhir dīpyamāne loke;

Upame = samīpe,asmadīye yajñe ca
