इन्द्र॒ दृह्य॑स्व॒ पूर॑सि भ॒द्रा त॑ एति निष्कृ॒तम् । इ॒यं धीॠ॒त्विया॑वती ॥
इन्द्र दृह्यस्व पूरसि भद्रा त एति निष्कृतम् । इयं धीॠत्वियावती ॥
indra dṛhyasva pūr asi bhadrā ta eti niṣkṛtam | iyaṃ dhīr ṛtviyāvatī ||

English translation:

“Indra, be firm (in battle), you are (strong as) a city; to you, the repeller (of enemies), comes thisauspicious sacrifice, offered in due season.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

You are strong as a city: or, be firmly settled (in our sacrifice), youare the fulfiller of desires, pūRakaḥ kāmānām asi; the repeller of enemies: niṣkṛtam = niṣkartāram; or,this auspicious sacrifice comes to your appointed (plural ce)
