Rig Veda 8.77.3

समित्तान्वृ॑त्र॒हाखि॑द॒त्खे अ॒राँ इ॑व॒ खेद॑या । प्रवृ॑द्धो दस्यु॒हाभ॑वत् ॥
समित्तान्वृत्रहाखिदत्खे अराँ इव खेदया । प्रवृद्धो दस्युहाभवत् ॥
sam it tān vṛtrahākhidat khe arām̐ iva khedayā | pravṛddho dasyuhābhavat ||

English translation:

“The slayer of Vṛtra dragged them along as spokes (are tied fast) with a rope in the nave of a chariotwheel; he swelled in vigour, the slayer of enemies.”
