Rig Veda 8.72.5

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

चर॑न्व॒त्सो रुश॑न्नि॒ह नि॑दा॒तारं॒ न वि॑न्दते । वेति॒ स्तोत॑व अ॒म्ब्य॑म् ॥
चरन्वत्सो रुशन्निह निदातारं न विन्दते । वेति स्तोतव अम्ब्यम् ॥
caran vatso ruśann iha nidātāraṃ na vindate | veti stotava ambyam ||

English translation:

“Roaming like a calf and bright-shining, he finds here no hinderer; he seeks a chanter to praise hiṃ”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Here: iha = here, in this world, asmin loke, in the sky, antarikṣe; Agni the lightning and the praiser (ambya) isthe thunder
