Rig Veda 8.68.2

तुवि॑शुष्म॒ तुवि॑क्रतो॒ शची॑वो॒ विश्व॑या मते । आ प॑प्राथ महित्व॒ना ॥
तुविशुष्म तुविक्रतो शचीवो विश्वया मते । आ पप्राथ महित्वना ॥
tuviśuṣma tuvikrato śacīvo viśvayā mate | ā paprātha mahitvanā ||

English translation:

“Great in power, rich in deeds, might one, adorable, you have filled (all things) with your universalmajesy.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Adorable: mate = pūjanīya, adorable, stotavya (V 8.18.7);

Viśvayamati = an epithet of Indra
