Rig Veda 8.67.13

ये मू॒र्धान॑: क्षिती॒नामद॑ब्धास॒: स्वय॑शसः । व्र॒ता रक्ष॑न्ते अ॒द्रुह॑: ॥
ये मूर्धानः क्षितीनामदब्धासः स्वयशसः । व्रता रक्षन्ते अद्रुहः ॥
ye mūrdhānaḥ kṣitīnām adabdhāsaḥ svayaśasaḥ | vratā rakṣante adruhaḥ ||

English translation:

“You who are the heads of men, unharming, and of self-sustained glory, who, benevolent ones, protectour rites.”
