उ॒ग्रबा॑हुर्म्रक्ष॒कृत्वा॑ पुरंद॒रो यदि॑ मे शृ॒णव॒द्धव॑म् । व॒सू॒यवो॒ वसु॑पतिं श॒तक्र॑तुं॒ स्तोमै॒रिन्द्रं॑ हवामहे ॥
उग्रबाहुर्म्रक्षकृत्वा पुरंदरो यदि मे शृणवद्धवम् । वसूयवो वसुपतिं शतक्रतुं स्तोमैरिन्द्रं हवामहे ॥
ugrabāhur mrakṣakṛtvā puraṃdaro yadi me śṛṇavad dhavam | vasūyavo vasupatiṃ śatakratuṃ stomair indraṃ havāmahe ||
English translation:
“If the strong-armed slayer of enemies, the destroyer of cities, will but hear my invocation, we, desiringwealth, will with our praises call one Indra Śatakratu, the lord of wealth.”
