अजै॑ष्मा॒द्यास॑नाम॒ चाभू॒माना॑गसो व॒यम् । उषो॒ यस्मा॑द्दु॒ष्ष्वप्न्या॒दभै॒ष्माप॒ तदु॑च्छत्वने॒हसो॑ व ऊ॒तय॑: सु॒तयो॑ व ऊ॒तय॑: ॥
अजैष्माद्यासनाम चाभूमानागसो वयम् । उषो यस्माद्दुष्ष्वप्न्यादभैष्माप तदुच्छत्वनेहसो व ऊतयः सुतयो व ऊतयः ॥
ajaiṣmādyāsanāma cābhūmānāgaso vayam | uṣo yasmād duṣṣvapnyād abhaiṣmāpa tad ucchatv anehaso va ūtayaḥ suūtayo va ūtayaḥ ||

English translation:

“May we be today victorious, and obtain (happiness); may we be free from evil; Uṣas, may that ill dreamdepart, of which we were afraid; your aids are void of harm, your aids are true aids.”
