यदा॒जिं यात्या॑जि॒कृदिन्द्र॑: स्वश्व॒युरुप॑ । र॒थीत॑मो र॒थीना॑म् ॥
यदाजिं यात्याजिकृदिन्द्रः स्वश्वयुरुप । रथीतमो रथीनाम् ॥
yad ājiṃ yāty ājikṛd indraḥ svaśvayur upa | rathītamo rathīnām ||
English translation:
“When Indra, the warrior, goes to battle, desirous of gallant steeds, he is the foremost of the lords ofchariots.”
