Rig Veda 8.44.16

अ॒ग्निर्मू॒र्धा दि॒वः क॒कुत्पति॑: पृथि॒व्या अ॒यम् । अ॒पां रेतां॑सि जिन्वति ॥
अग्निर्मूर्धा दिवः ककुत्पतिः पृथिव्या अयम् । अपां रेतांसि जिन्वति ॥
agnir mūrdhā divaḥ kakut patiḥ pṛthivyā ayam | apāṃ retāṃsi jinvati ||

English translation:

Agni, the head (of the gods), the summit of heaven-- he the lord of the earth-- gladdens the seed of thewaters.”
