Rig Veda 8.41.7

य आ॒स्वत्क॑ आ॒शये॒ विश्वा॑ जा॒तान्ये॑षाम् । परि॒ धामा॑नि॒ मर्मृ॑श॒द्वरु॑णस्य पु॒रो गये॒ विश्वे॑ दे॒वा अनु॑ व्र॒तं नभ॑न्तामन्य॒के स॑मे ॥
य आस्वत्क आशये विश्वा जातान्येषाम् । परि धामानि मर्मृशद्वरुणस्य पुरो गये विश्वे देवा अनु व्रतं नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥
ya āsv atka āśaye viśvā jātāny eṣām | pari dhāmāni marmṛśad varuṇasya puro gaye viśve devā anu vrataṃ nabhantām anyake same ||

English translation:

“He who, passing amid those (regions of the firmament), given refuge to all their races, and all thedeities precede the chariot of Varuṇa, when manifesting his glories to perform his worship; may all ouradversaries perish.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

..who, going through these regions (of space) rests on all their tribes, surrounding allhomes-- all the gods are engaged in worship before Varuṇa's dwelling; may all our adversaries perish.
