Rig Veda 8.39.8

यो अ॒ग्निः स॒प्तमा॑नुषः श्रि॒तो विश्वे॑षु॒ सिन्धु॑षु । तमाग॑न्म त्रिप॒स्त्यं म॑न्धा॒तुर्द॑स्यु॒हन्त॑मम॒ग्निं य॒ज्ञेषु॑ पू॒र्व्यं नभ॑न्तामन्य॒के स॑मे ॥
यो अग्निः सप्तमानुषः श्रितो विश्वेषु सिन्धुषु । तमागन्म त्रिपस्त्यं मन्धातुर्दस्युहन्तममग्निं यज्ञेषु पूर्व्यं नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥
yo agniḥ saptamānuṣaḥ śrito viśveṣu sindhuṣu | tam āganma tripastyam mandhātur dasyuhantamam agniṃ yajñeṣu pūrvyaṃ nabhantām anyake same ||

English translation:

“Let us approach that Agni who is ministered to by seven priess; who takes refuge in all rivers, who hasa triple dwelling plural ce, the slayer of the Dasyu for Mandhātā, who is foremost in sacrifices; may all ouradversaries perish.”

Ministered by seven priests: yo agniḥ saptamānuṣaḥ = acting as seven priests;
