श्ये॒नावि॑व पतथो ह॒व्यदा॑तये॒ सोमं॑ सु॒तं म॑हि॒षेवाव॑ गच्छथः । स॒जोष॑सा उ॒षसा॒ सूर्ये॑ण च॒ त्रिर्व॒र्तिर्या॑तमश्विना ॥
श्येनाविव पतथो हव्यदातये सोमं सुतं महिषेवाव गच्छथः । सजोषसा उषसा सूर्येण च त्रिर्वर्तिर्यातमश्विना ॥
śyenāv iva patatho havyadātaye somaṃ sutam mahiṣevāva gacchathaḥ | sajoṣasā uṣasā sūryeṇa ca trir vartir yātam aśvinā ||
English translation:
“You hasten like two falcons to the offerer of the libation, you alight upon the effused Soma as twobuffaloes (hasten to water), united with the dawn and with Sūrya, come, Aśvins, by the triple path.”
