Rig Veda 8.33.10

स॒त्यमि॒त्था वृषेद॑सि॒ वृष॑जूति॒र्नोऽवृ॑तः । वृषा॒ ह्यु॑ग्र शृण्वि॒षे प॑रा॒वति॒ वृषो॑ अर्वा॒वति॑ श्रु॒तः ॥
सत्यमित्था वृषेदसि वृषजूतिर्नोऽवृतः । वृषा ह्युग्र शृण्विषे परावति वृषो अर्वावति श्रुतः ॥
satyam itthā vṛṣed asi vṛṣajūtir no 'vṛtaḥ | vṛṣā hy ugra śṛṇviṣe parāvati vṛṣo arvāvati śrutaḥ ||

English translation:

“Verily (Indra), in this manner you are the showerer (of benefits), brought by vigorous (steeds) to us,unresisted (by foes); fierce (Indra), you are celebrated as a showerer (of benefits) when afar; you are celebratedas a showerer (of benefits) when near.”
