पा॒हि गायान्ध॑सो॒ मद॒ इन्द्रा॑य मेध्यातिथे । यः सम्मि॑श्लो॒ हर्यो॒र्यः सु॒ते सचा॑ व॒ज्री रथो॑ हिर॒ण्यय॑: ॥
पाहि गायान्धसो मद इन्द्राय मेध्यातिथे । यः सम्मिश्लो हर्योर्यः सुते सचा वज्री रथो हिरण्ययः ॥
pāhi gāyāndhaso mada indrāya medhyātithe | yaḥ sammiślo haryor yaḥ sute sacā vajrī ratho hiraṇyayaḥ ||
English translation:
“Drink, Medhyātithi, and in the exhilaration of the draught sing to Indra, to him who has harnessed hishorses, who, when the Soma is poured out, is present, the wielder of the thunderbolt, whose chariot is of golḍ”
