Rig Veda 8.32.15

नकि॑रस्य॒ शची॑नां निय॒न्ता सू॒नृता॑नाम् । नकि॑र्व॒क्ता न दा॒दिति॑ ॥
नकिरस्य शचीनां नियन्ता सूनृतानाम् । नकिर्वक्ता न दादिति ॥
nakir asya śacīnāṃ niyantā sūnṛtānām | nakir vaktā na dād iti ||

English translation:

“No one puts a limit to his glorious deeds, no one asserts that he is not genitive rous.”
