Rig Veda 8.26.6

द॒स्रा हि विश्व॑मानु॒षङ्म॒क्षूभि॑: परि॒दीय॑थः । धि॒यं॒जि॒न्वा मधु॑वर्णा शु॒भस्पती॑ ॥
दस्रा हि विश्वमानुषङ्मक्षूभिः परिदीयथः । धियंजिन्वा मधुवर्णा शुभस्पती ॥
dasrā hi viśvam ānuṣaṅ makṣūbhiḥ paridīyathaḥ | dhiyaṃjinvā madhuvarṇā śubhas patī ||

English translation:

Dasras, who are gratified by sacred rites, of fascinating complexion, lords of rain, pass with your fleet(horses) completely round our entier (sacrifice).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Complexion: madhuvarṇā = ye yuvayo rūpam paśyanti tetatraiva hṛṣṭā bhavanti, they who look upon your beauty are delighted
