Rig Veda 8.24.9

इन्द्र॒ यथा॒ ह्यस्ति॒ तेऽप॑रीतं नृतो॒ शव॑: । अमृ॑क्ता रा॒तिः पु॑रुहूत दा॒शुषे॑ ॥
इन्द्र यथा ह्यस्ति तेऽपरीतं नृतो शवः । अमृक्ता रातिः पुरुहूत दाशुषे ॥
indra yathā hy asti te 'parītaṃ nṛto śavaḥ | amṛktā rātiḥ puruhūta dāśuṣe ||

English translation:

“As, Indra, inspirer (of men), your strength is irresistible, (so) invoked of many, your munificence to thedonor (of oblations) cannot be marred.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Inspirer of men: nṛto = voc. of nṛtu, dancer, or who causes to dance, i.e.,agitator, exciter; from Indra's faculty of internal impulse in all beings, sarvasya antaryāmitayā nartayitaḥ
