Rig Veda 8.19.23

यदी॑ घृ॒तेभि॒राहु॑तो॒ वाशी॑म॒ग्निर्भर॑त॒ उच्चाव॑ च । असु॑र इव नि॒र्णिज॑म् ॥
यदी घृतेभिराहुतो वाशीमग्निर्भरत उच्चाव च । असुर इव निर्णिजम् ॥
yadī ghṛtebhir āhuto vāśīm agnir bharata uc cāva ca | asura iva nirṇijam ||

English translation:

“When Agni, worshipped with oblations, sends his voice upwards and downwards, as the sun disperseshis rays, (we praise him).”
