Rig Veda 8.19.21

ईळे॑ गि॒रा मनु॑र्हितं॒ यं दे॒वा दू॒तम॑र॒तिं न्ये॑रि॒रे । यजि॑ष्ठं हव्य॒वाह॑नम् ॥
ईळे गिरा मनुर्हितं यं देवा दूतमरतिं न्येरिरे । यजिष्ठं हव्यवाहनम् ॥
īḻe girā manurhitaṃ yaṃ devā dūtam aratiṃ nyerire | yajiṣṭhaṃ havyavāhanam ||

English translation:

“I worship Agni, who has been established by Manu with praise, whom the gods have appointed theirroyal messenger, who is the most adorable, the bearer of oblations.”
