Rig Veda 8.18.15

पा॒क॒त्रा स्थ॑न देवा हृ॒त्सु जा॑नीथ॒ मर्त्य॑म् । उप॑ द्व॒युं चाद्व॑युं च वसवः ॥
पाकत्रा स्थन देवा हृत्सु जानीथ मर्त्यम् । उप द्वयुं चाद्वयुं च वसवः ॥
pākatrā sthana devā hṛtsu jānītha martyam | upa dvayuṃ cādvayuṃ ca vasavaḥ ||

English translation:

“Deities, you are (propitious) to sincere (worshippers), you know, Vasus, the hearts of men, anddistinguish between the single and double-minded.”
