Rig Veda 8.18.13

यो न॒: कश्चि॒द्रिरि॑क्षति रक्ष॒स्त्वेन॒ मर्त्य॑: । स्वैः ष एवै॑ रिरिषीष्ट॒ युर्जन॑: ॥
यो नः कश्चिद्रिरिक्षति रक्षस्त्वेन मर्त्यः । स्वैः ष एवै रिरिषीष्ट युर्जनः ॥
yo naḥ kaś cid ririkṣati rakṣastvena martyaḥ | svaiḥ ṣa evai ririṣīṣṭa yur janaḥ ||

English translation:

“May that man who, from his diabolical nature seeks to do us evil-- may he, injuring himself by his owndevices, incu that evil.”
