Rig Veda 8.14.9

इन्द्रे॑ण रोच॒ना दि॒वो दृ॒ळ्हानि॑ दृंहि॒तानि॑ च । स्थि॒राणि॒ न प॑रा॒णुदे॑ ॥
इन्द्रेण रोचना दिवो दृळ्हानि दृंहितानि च । स्थिराणि न पराणुदे ॥
indreṇa rocanā divo dṛḻhāni dṛṃhitāni ca | sthirāṇi na parāṇude ||

English translation:

“By Indra the constellations were made stable and firm and stationary, so that they could not be movedby any.”
