Rig Veda 8.14.4

न ते॑ व॒र्तास्ति॒ राध॑स॒ इन्द्र॑ दे॒वो न मर्त्य॑: । यद्दित्स॑सि स्तु॒तो म॒घम् ॥
न ते वर्तास्ति राधस इन्द्र देवो न मर्त्यः । यद्दित्ससि स्तुतो मघम् ॥
na te vartāsti rādhasa indra devo na martyaḥ | yad ditsasi stuto magham ||

English translation:

“Neither god nor man, Indra, is the obstructor of your affluence, (of) the wealth which you, when praised,design to bestow.”
