Rig Veda 8.13.8

क्रीळ॑न्त्यस्य सू॒नृता॒ आपो॒ न प्र॒वता॑ य॒तीः । अ॒या धि॒या य उ॒च्यते॒ पति॑र्दि॒वः ॥
क्रीळन्त्यस्य सूनृता आपो न प्रवता यतीः । अया धिया य उच्यते पतिर्दिवः ॥
krīḻanty asya sūnṛtā āpo na pravatā yatīḥ | ayā dhiyā ya ucyate patir divaḥ ||

English translation:

“The kind and true words of him who in this hymn is called the lord of heaven sport like waters flowingby a downward (channel).”
