Rig Veda 8.12.19

दे॒वंदे॑वं॒ वोऽव॑स॒ इन्द्र॑मिन्द्रं गृणी॒षणि॑ । अधा॑ य॒ज्ञाय॑ तु॒र्वणे॒ व्या॑नशुः ॥
देवंदेवं वोऽवस इन्द्रमिन्द्रं गृणीषणि । अधा यज्ञाय तुर्वणे व्यानशुः ॥
devaṃ-devaṃ vo 'vasa indram-indraṃ gṛṇīṣaṇi | adhā yajñāya turvaṇe vy ānaśuḥ ||

English translation:

“I glorify the divine Indra wherever worshipped for your protection; (my praises) have reached him for theprompt (fulfilment) of the (objects of the) sacrifice.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Divine Indra: devam devam indram indram: i.e., Indra ispresent at the same time at different ceremonies, or in various forms; cf. RV. 6.047.18; the verse is addressed tothe priests and the yajamāna
