Rig Veda 8.12.12

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

स॒निर्मि॒त्रस्य॑ पप्रथ॒ इन्द्र॒: सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॑ । प्राची॒ वाशी॑व सुन्व॒ते मिमी॑त॒ इत् ॥
सनिर्मित्रस्य पप्रथ इन्द्रः सोमस्य पीतये । प्राची वाशीव सुन्वते मिमीत इत् ॥
sanir mitrasya papratha indraḥ somasya pītaye | prācī vāśīva sunvate mimīta it ||

English translation:

Indra, the benefactor of his friend (the worshipper), has enlarged himself to drik the Soma, in likemanner as the pious praise dilates and proclaims the measure (of his merits).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Proclaims the measure: like thedilating praise of the worshipper, it proclaims;

Prācī = prakarṣeṇa stutyam guṇagaṇam prāpnuvatī
