Rig Veda 8.9.20

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

प्र द्यु॒म्नाय॒ प्र शव॑से॒ प्र नृ॒षाह्या॑य॒ शर्म॑णे । प्र दक्षा॑य प्रचेतसा ॥
प्र द्युम्नाय प्र शवसे प्र नृषाह्याय शर्मणे । प्र दक्षाय प्रचेतसा ॥
pra dyumnāya pra śavase pra nṛṣāhyāya śarmaṇe | pra dakṣāya pracetasā ||

English translation:

“Endowed with great wisdom, preserve us for fame, for strength, for victory, for happiness, forprosperity.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

For victory: nṛṣāhyāya = an epithet of śarmaṇe, for happiness to be borne by men, nṛbhihsoḍhavyāya sukhāya
