Rig Veda 8.7.1

प्र यद्व॑स्त्रि॒ष्टुभ॒मिषं॒ मरु॑तो॒ विप्रो॒ अक्ष॑रत् । वि पर्व॑तेषु राजथ ॥
प्र यद्वस्त्रिष्टुभमिषं मरुतो विप्रो अक्षरत् । वि पर्वतेषु राजथ ॥
pra yad vas triṣṭubham iṣam maruto vipro akṣarat | vi parvateṣu rājatha ||

English translation:

“When the pious worshipper offers you, Maruts, food at the three diurnal rites, then you havesovereignty over the mountains.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Food at the three diurnal rites: triṣṭubham iṣam: chief at the three dailylibations, triṣu savaneṣu praśasyam; praised by the three deities, tribhir devaiḥ stutam; accompanied by hymnsin the triṣṭubh metre, i.e., the Soma offering at the mid-day libation
