वा॒वृ॒धा॒न उप॒ द्यवि॒ वृषा॑ व॒ज्र्य॑रोरवीत् । वृ॒त्र॒हा सो॑म॒पात॑मः ॥
वावृधान उप द्यवि वृषा वज्र्यरोरवीत् । वृत्रहा सोमपातमः ॥
vāvṛdhāna upa dyavi vṛṣā vajry aroravīt | vṛtrahā somapātamaḥ ||
English translation:
“The vast wielder of the thunderbolt, the slayer of Vṛtra, the deep quaffer of the Soma, the showerer,roars near at hand in the sky.”
