Rig Veda 8.6.12

ये त्वामि॑न्द्र॒ न तु॑ष्टु॒वुॠष॑यो॒ ये च॑ तुष्टु॒वुः । ममेद्व॑र्धस्व॒ सुष्टु॑तः ॥
ये त्वामिन्द्र न तुष्टुवुॠषयो ये च तुष्टुवुः । ममेद्वर्धस्व सुष्टुतः ॥
ye tvām indra na tuṣṭuvur ṛṣayo ye ca tuṣṭuvuḥ | mamed vardhasva suṣṭutaḥ ||

English translation:

“Amid those who do not praise you, Indra, amid the Ṛṣis who do praise you, by my praise beingglorified, do you increase.”
