Rig Veda 8.6.5

ओज॒स्तद॑स्य तित्विष उ॒भे यत्स॒मव॑र्तयत् । इन्द्र॒श्चर्मे॑व॒ रोद॑सी ॥
ओजस्तदस्य तित्विष उभे यत्समवर्तयत् । इन्द्रश्चर्मेव रोदसी ॥
ojas tad asya titviṣa ubhe yat samavartayat | indraś carmeva rodasī ||

English translation:

“His might is manifest, for Indra folds and unfolds both heaven and earth, as (one spreads or rolls up) askin.”
