Rig Veda 8.6.4

सम॑स्य म॒न्यवे॒ विशो॒ विश्वा॑ नमन्त कृ॒ष्टय॑: । स॒मु॒द्राये॑व॒ सिन्ध॑वः ॥
समस्य मन्यवे विशो विश्वा नमन्त कृष्टयः । समुद्रायेव सिन्धवः ॥
sam asya manyave viśo viśvā namanta kṛṣṭayaḥ | samudrāyeva sindhavaḥ ||

English translation:

“All people, (all) men bow down before his anger, as rivers (decline) towards the sea.”
