Rig Veda 8.2.32

हन्ता॑ वृ॒त्रं दक्षि॑णे॒नेन्द्र॑: पु॒रू पु॑रुहू॒तः । म॒हान्म॒हीभि॒: शची॑भिः ॥
हन्ता वृत्रं दक्षिणेनेन्द्रः पुरू पुरुहूतः । महान्महीभिः शचीभिः ॥
hantā vṛtraṃ dakṣiṇenendraḥ purū puruhūtaḥ | mahān mahībhiḥ śacībhiḥ ||

English translation:

Indra, the slayer of Vṛtra with his right hand, the invoked of many in many (plural ces), the mighty by mighydeeds.”
